I really liked how the tutor asked me to explain what I already knew about the topic. He was able to quickly identify what I was missing and what I didn’t fully understand. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I just wish we could have done a video call I’m not proficient in typing and that slowed down the process a bit.

This is a great service and it's incredible that this is free to students. I spend about an hour studying with one of the tutors: Tomas J I think. He was very good and seemed like an expert in the field. Very polite and informative. 8/10. One thing they could improved upon is replying a little faster. Occasionally it would take up to 3 minutes for a reply and I wondered if we got disconnected or something. One time he told me that he would be right back so that was nice that he let me know. I love this service and would 100% recommend it to people wanting professional tutoring for no extra costs.
